Executive Director & Co-Founder · Ina-Inakay Center Inc.
Cleo Undheim is the Executive Director of Ina-Inakay Center Inc. In January 2005, she was invited to speak at a student-led worship service at the Correctional Institution for Women. What she saw that day, mothers incarcerated and children without guidance, she could not walk away from.
Together with her husband Tim and a circle of faithful partners, she founded Ina-Inakay Center Inc. on May 11, 2006, a ministry that began with seven children and has since reached over 2,000 people across Metro Manila and Central Luzon.
“This house is more than walls and a roof. It is a place of hope for released PDLs who have been left behind by society, burdened by stigma, and given few chances to start again.”
Tim and Cleo lead the Levi Project Countryside Living and Learning in Mambog Sula, San Jose, Tarlac, overseeing the farm, programs, construction of the Ground of Hope buildings, and the spiritual development of the community.
