Operation School Assist (OSA) began during the COVID pandemic when face-to-face classes were suspended and children needed a place to work on their modules. What started as academic assistance has grown into a full scholarship program.
OSA is managed by a committee consisting of a Social Worker, Admin Representative, and three Assistant Coordinators.

Added as a partner in 2025. Expanding PCLL's reach to more children in the San Jose area.
On December 15, 2025, PCLL, in partnership with local institutions, turned over the SMART BOX Project to Quimmardero Elementary School: 40 Chromebooks valued at approximately USD 8,000, equipping learners with 21st-century skills.
A Memorandum of Agreement and Deed of Donation were signed. The ceremony was attended by the Vice Mayor of San Jose, Municipal Councilors, and community councilors.
