In 2018, Ina-Inakay Center Inc. purchased 8.8 hectares of land in Tarlac. This land became the Levi Project Countryside Living and Learning (Levi PCLL), named in honor of the benefactor whose generosity made it possible.
PCLL was established as an aftercare site for released inmates and a community development hub for poor families of surrounding communities. It combines agriculture, education, water service, emergency relief, and transitional housing.
The project operates in close partnership with local churches, community officials, local institutions, and community volunteers.
8.8 hectares of agricultural land. Calamansi, cassava, bananas, mushrooms, vegetables. Provides livelihood and food for scholars and the community.
