The most significant infrastructure project in PCLL history, documented as it rises.
When a person is released from prison, they often face something as difficult as incarceration itself: nowhere to go. No family to return to. No home. No second chance offered by a society that never stopped judging them.
Ground of Hope projects are building projects aimed at enabling Levi PCLL’s programs and activities, a place for gatherings, livelihood trainings, technical education, and summer camps; a space for employment; and a temporary home for PDLs who come out of prison and are not yet ready to face their families, or who need to hone their skills before moving forward.
In 2024, Ina-Inakay Center Inc. received a grant for the Ground of Hope Buildings. Construction began in July 2025. Building 1 of 8 is nearly complete as of January 2026.
